Does FanPlans charge a fee for booking, changes, cancellations etc. "There are some sneaky providers out there who bury a fee somewhere on page 7 of the terms of service (rarely read by anyone). That's not how we roll. We don't charge you a fee for using our services or booking with us. Period.

Does FanPlans charge my credit card?No! Our site only captures your credit card number (securely encrypted and compliant with all protocols!) which is passed on to your hotel. If you have booked a flexible rate, the hotel simply uses that card as guarantee (just as if you booked on their site). If you booked a full-prepay non-refundable rate, it will be clearly noted at time of booking. Then the hotel may charge the card this room and tax in advance of your arrival at any time. Shuttle and ticket bookings are passed direclty to those providers for processing based on their policies (Seat Geek and Rally).

How do I know my room is actually booked?Easy! Once you complete the 3 step booking process, you will see a pop-up confirmation, and also receive an email. The 'confirmation number' is directly from your hotel's reservation system. You can call your hotel directly to reconfirm if you like, or make changes. Your reservation is also available online at the hotel's website. Note that it may not appear under your rewards account initially, please present your rewards number to the front desk on arrival for stay credit (always subject to the hotel's current rewards policy of course).

When can I book my 2020-21 college football travel?Our system let's you book an arrival date up to 11 months prior to your arrival date. Do I get points for my stay?You don't if you book with Expedia, Booking.com or the zillion other online travel services they own (yep, they own them all!). Our program is different, and we work hard to display rates that do accrue points for your stay - that being said those rewards programs are constantly changing. Once you book with us, you can contact the hotel direclty to ensure they have your rewards number on the booking - and reconfirm you'll get those points!

Can I use points for my stay?Unfortunately, hotels require points stays to be booked directly through thier rewards system for redemption of rewards.

How do I make changes or cancel?For changes, please contact your hotel directly. For cancellations, you can also contact the htoel OR make that cancellation directly from our system by referring to the cancel button in your original email, or returning to your original booking page for that game/event and clicking 'cancel' in upper right hand corner. Can I use my AARP, AAA or CAA card for discounts?"Yes! Some hotels do offer those rates, and if they do we will display them in the search results. As always, be sure to have your card to show the front desk at check-in.

Do you offer military or first responder discounts?If our hotel partners offer these rates, then we do too. We're all connected to military and respoinders in some way, so we want to have your back (just like you have ours!). Sometimes those rates are only available when booking with hotels direct (it's their policy, not ours).

Why do I have to be a 'member'?Our FanPlans rates are specially discounted so they cannot be sold to the 'public'. Our hotel partners would be violating some other agreements if we offered them to the general public. By becoming a FanPlans member you can view and book those rates. We don't ever, ever, ever, sell or share your information (other than with a hotel you book of course, because how would they know you were coming). Being a FanPlans member will get cooler as we grow, so you can share your travel plans with your buddies and earn some rewards doing it. Signing up as a member BTW is, and always will be free, no credit card required.

How can I sign my hotel, or other supplier up with you? "We thought you'd never ask! We're expanding like crazy so the more the merrier.
