Become a FanPlans Campus Partner 

This Participation Form (“Form”) is entered into between [School Name] (“School”) and FanPlans, LLC (“FanPlans”).

1. Purpose
FanPlans provides a branded travel page (“FanPlans Page”) for School fans, alumni, and supporters to book hotels and other travel tied to School athletics and events.

2. Promotion
School agrees to reasonably promote its FanPlans Page through official channels (website, social media, email, etc.).

3. Revenue Share
School will receive a revenue share equal to 30% of net revenues generated through its FanPlans Page. Net revenues include booking service fees and hotel commissions received by FanPlans, less refunds and chargebacks.

4. Payments

Payments are made quarterly via ACH.

A $50 minimum balance is required to issue payment; unpaid balances roll forward.

FanPlans will provide reporting so School can track activity and earnings.

5. Branding
FanPlans will not use School’s logos, trademarks, or brand assets without prior written permission.

6. Term & Termination
This Form remains in effect until terminated by either party with thirty (30) days’ notice.

7. Relationship & Disclaimer
The parties are independent. School is not responsible for travel arrangements or bookings. FanPlans does not guarantee a specific number of bookings or revenue.
