The FanPlans SMS program is operated by Boomer Valley, LLC, operating as FanPlans (“FanPlans,” “we,” “us”). By providing your mobile number and tapping “Text me the links,” you give your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from FanPlans at the number you provide — including hotel and ticket links for events you’re interested in and related offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by your mobile carrier; FanPlans does not control carrier charges.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may also revoke consent by any other reasonable means. For help, reply HELP or email service@fanplans.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.

Privacy

We use your mobile number solely to operate this SMS program — to send you the messages described above and to recognize you as a FanPlans fan. We do not sell or share your mobile number or consent with third parties for their own marketing. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We retain your number while you remain opted in; replying STOP removes you from the program.
