PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITES AND OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement governing relationships between users and Boomer Valley, LLC, operating as FanPlans (also operating as FANPLANS.COM), located at 20 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, including its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Relationship

The relationship between the travel vendors supplying services (Suppliers), FANPLANS.COM, and you will be that of a travel and ticket services provider, broker, and customer, respectively. No party functions as a partner, joint venture, fiduciary, employee, or agent of another.

Description of Website Services Offered

The website operates as a consumer-facing hotel booking engine. Visitors—whether registered or unregistered—are deemed “users,” while those who create accounts become “members.” Members acknowledge the Services constitute the sole property of FanPlans, which retains discretionary authority to modify, update, revise, or discontinue offerings. The Services offered shall be provided “AS IS” and as such FANPLANS.COM shall not assume any responsibility or obligation for the timeliness, missed delivery, deletion and/or any failure to store user content. The site may provide external links without endorsing their contents. Third-party integrations operate under their own terms, including YouTube’s Terms of Service. The platform may monetize through affiliate marketing partnerships.

The Services may include AI-powered assistants and automated tools (for example, our planning assistant “Kit”) that generate recommendations and responses based on the information and preferences you provide. These tools are provided “AS IS,” may produce inaccurate or incomplete results, and are intended to assist rather than replace your own judgment; you are responsible for verifying any details before booking. Registration

Members must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to form binding contracts. Registration requires accurate information including name, email, address, and phone number. Members must maintain current profile information. If anyone knowingly provides any information of a false, untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete nature, FANPLANS.COM will have sufficient grounds and rights to suspend or terminate the member in violation of this aspect of the Agreement.

Limitations on Use of Website

By accessing the website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, possess legal authority to create binding obligations, and will use the site in accordance with these Terms.

SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number and tapping “Text me the links” (or otherwise opting in), you give your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from FanPlans at the number provided, including hotel and ticket links for events and related offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply and are charged by your mobile carrier. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message; after you send STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may also revoke consent by any other reasonable means. Reply HELP for help, or email service@fanplans.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information, SMS consent, or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
